How are MP3 download sites like Iomoio and Legal Sounds able to sell songs at 10 cents apiece? Are they legit?

if they’re selling songs at 10 cents
they’re probably not legal
they’re just keeping the money, and not paying the artist, so you could still get in trouble
of course, if you ask THEM
they’ll SAY they’re legal
like THEY are gonna tell ya???
